We are looking for Product Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Norway office in Oslo.
As a Product Specialist at Arrow, you will be designated to for IBM Software primely, there will also be some Red Hat Software. Team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units. Main focus is to develop mid-market re-sellers and build long lasting relationship with key vendors.
It will be under the IBM team and will work closely with IBM locally and in Europe. We have an extended Inside Sales team in Tallin, so the tasked will be shared with them.
You are proactive and easy-going person with knowledge and experience in IT and you are passionate about new technologies.
Additionally, you are confident in marketing activities (events, workshops, plans) and business planning. You have true entrepreneurship spirit.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Good track record in business development with modern hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge and passion about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of global trends, opportunities.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business by aligning Arrow ECS services and values with customers’ business strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets by presenting solutions, making offers, building a pipeline, and following up on opportunities.
  • Maintain close cooperation with vendors to ensure that Arrow ECS meets our targets.
  • Develop internal processes to provide high-level services.
  • Foster good teamwork and cooperation within the team.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from quoting to cash collection.
  • Identify new prospects and partners.
  • Build competencies in IBM and Red Hat solutions.
  • Utilize CRM systems effectively.
  • Manage the IBM Build program (OEM of IBM solutions) and contract management.
  • Adapt to and learn new processes.
