For the support of our team we are looking for a
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent, PhD preferred (e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Geological Sciences or Natural Sciences)
- Proven hands-on experience with EA Isolink and/or Gas Bench Plus and applications. The ideal candidate is experienced with the Delta Q IRMS and Qtegra ISDS software
- Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English - ability to present ideas clearly and concisely within a public setting with an emphasis on telling a compelling, marketable story to customers
- Eagerness to understand our business opportunities and prioritize activities accordingly
- Ability to integrate fully into the gas IRMS team, and to collaborate across the organization
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic & international)
Responsibilities:
- Support our customers and sales team with respect to product applications, product trainings, product demonstrations, product presentations and input for special specifications and tender replies (including, but not limited to working with the Thermo Scientific™ Delta Q™ / 253 Plus™ IRMS together with EA Isolink™ and Gas Bench Plus™ products, and associated applications)
- Provide expert applications support to customers, collaborators, and internal team (product managers, sales force)
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers
- Provide product training to our customers, including onsite trainings
- Generation of application data as content for marketing collateral that demonstrates the value proposition of Thermo Scientific IOMS instrumentation
- Present scientific data and marketing collateral at key events (e.g. international conferences)
- Feed voice of customers (VOC) and competitor information back to the product management group
- Develop and validate new applications to support the product, including collaboration within NPDI projects with respect to requirements and validation testing
