Product Specialist Nordics 3Shape is changing dentistry together with dental professionals across the world, by developing innovations that provides superior dental care for patients. 3Shape is a developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions for the dental industries based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company has production facilities and offices in China, Europe, the Americas. Our office for the Nordic region is in Copenhagen.
We are searching a Product Specialist for our Nordic Market, who thrives on details and enjoys guiding and supporting our customers as a subject matter expert. The role of the Product Specialist is part of the global sales organization and will be responsible for trainings, demos onboardings, Customer success, etc. across the 3shape product portfolio in Nordics. The position reports into the Country Manager as part of the Europe region.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing training, consultancy, product demos, onboarding either virtual/online as well as physical to 3Shape customer
  • Customer groups can either be resellers and end users (dentists and lab technicians)
  • Assisting the sales and support teams on events, congresses, and exhibitions in Nordic countries, 30-50 travel days
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to customer health, such as product usage and customer feedback, to provide timely support and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with both internal team members and external clients to facilitate effective communication and seamless support.
  • Facilitating the understanding and usage of our products through classroom, webinars, and remote trainings initiatives
