Duties:

• Foster strong relationships with flooring companies, home improvement stores, and construction professionals. Process orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Become a flooring expert to assist customers effectively. Provide technical support, troubleshoot inquiries, and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
• Manage flooring orders efficiently and accurately. Receive, review, and process orders from various sources, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales teams by providing product information, processing orders, and addressing customer queries promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous support experience in flooring companies, home improvement stores, or construction preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes.
• Ability to handle order processing with precision and accuracy.

Hourly: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
