SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional understanding of radiofrequency principles, communications technologies and electronic warfare concepts.
• Demonstrated experience operating effectively in diverse and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to clearly communicate highly technical and complex concepts to technical and non-technical people.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Critical thinking and ability to learn new concepts and analyse and solve complex issues across various operational and client use cases.

The Integration Engineer plays an active role in the development and delivery of Penten’s products and projects. Reporting to the Head of Electronic Warfare (EW) Products, this role is responsible for both supporting the design and integration of cutting-edge electronic warfare products, and for the delivery of electronic warfare services for our clients. Specifically, this role will:

• Work as part of a cross-functional team to develop integrated solutions for our EW product suite and other related projects.
• Analyse business and client requirements to support product design and systems engineering activities
• Examine operational concepts and use cases to enhance product usability, quality and functionality.
• Contribute to the delivery of electronic warfare services and products for our clients, through the provision of both integrated subject matter expertise on our products and in conducting project activities with clients.
• Write comprehensive documentation to facilitate seamless deployment and ongoing support of product solutions.
