Description:
Product Support Technician required for a successful mining services business located in Brisbane. Monday to Friday role working a 38hr week.
Responsibilities:
- Integral team member to support current and growth programs, being the key interface for product technical support
- Liaising with a range of local and international stakeholders, you are someone who combines both technical and problem-solving skills
- Field technical support to dealers and customers as a technical POC
- Quality assurance and verification or parts, products, and assemblies
- Product development and reliability improvement support
- Workshop Troubleshooting, Assessment, Test and Assembly of parts and assemblies.
- Develop and Update Rebuild Procedures.
- Technical review on warranty claims.
- Working with internal and external engineering teams
- Provide Supply Chain with technical support
- Develop and Update Technical Publications and Documents
- Technical reporting as required for the roles listed above.
- Technical Support to Business Development Managers
