YOUR MISSION:

As a Product Trainer at Parloa, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on our SaaS products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring that our teams and users are proficient in utilizing our software to its full capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS product training, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to build and deliver training programs for our teams, our customers, and our partners
  • Develop engaging live training materials
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different user groups and skill levels
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Partnerships teams to organize training with customers and partners
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our platform, staying up to date with the latest updates, features, and trends
  • Act as a product knowledge resource, providing insight and expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Testing and exploring new products and features in-depth in order to fully understand them
  • Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously improve and refine training materials
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay user insights and contribute to product improvement based on training experience
  • Implement knowledge checks to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Share insights with Instructional Designers on documentation needs and improvement potential
