Description

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for the development, management, and delivery of training for the HealthTrio by mPulse MPS suite of solutions. This position will be responsible for the development of training content (documents, videos, demos), management of content repositories, as well as the coordination and delivery of customer-facing training and education using the training materials. The position will create standard training materials and guides for key products as well as standard and ad-hoc materials for training, support, and demonstrations.

  • Previous Experience in the Healthcare or Healthcare Information Technology industry strongly preferred.
    Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in developing training materials for healthcare and/or technology solutions desired.
    Education: College degree preferred in communication, business, administration, arts, or IT-related field (i.e., MIS, Computer Science, etc.).

Responsibilities:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use the DEMO and other environments as needed as part of the trainings.
  • Interface with the Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, and other teams to ensure environment is working as required and to set up the use cases needed to preform the training.
  • Use SharePoint and other internal tools as needed for repositories for training materials.
  • Develop and execute a plan to consolidate and organize training artifacts for easy internal and external access.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and correspondence as needed.
  • Communicate opportunities to Product identified during training and other client sessions.
  • Communicate directly with management and other departments.
  • Create and introduce standard processes and schedules regarding training and related matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Build end-user training materials to reflect the most current vendor product knowledge with respect to all products and services.
  • Organize and develop training content, reference library, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials as related to the specific features within HealthTrio by mPulse MPS product suite.
  • Create ad-hoc training materials as needed to help supplement materials and advance client usage and adoption of products and solutions.
  • Track training attendance.
  • Revise training materials and methods to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training program.
  • Work closely with the product management team on new and existing products to develop training content.
  • Ensure the development of high-quality materials and professional delivery.
  • Demonstrate new and existing solutions to new prospects in support of sales opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate scheduling and registration of training activities.
  • May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet more complex requirements of the job.
