Description:
SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a diverse workforce.
- Intermediate computer skills; particularly in MS Office.
- A basic understanding of WHS and environmental requirements is desirable.
- Some knowledge of budgeting and reporting is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- Flexibility with hours and duties as required.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Data Management: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and record-keeping programs.
• Safety Documentation: Issue necessary safety documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Training Compliance: Ensure all training requirements are met.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct all activities safely, adhering to WHS policies and procedures.
• Audit Assistance: Support safety and environmental audit requirements.
• Quality Control: Assist with quality control tasks for the plant.
• Cross-Site Support: Provide assistance to other sites as needed.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly performance figures, including P&L statements.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage filing, purchase orders, and stocktake card entries.
