Description:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-year or BA degree preferred
- Accounting experience a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of math and volumes is required.
- Proficient in basic math skills and Excel formulas
- Familiar with Metric and American (or English) Standard systems

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
This position supports our Operations, Sales, Logistics, Quality, Accounting and Environmental, Health & Safety Departments and is responsible for data entry, auditing, and reporting of key production metrics.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Prepare and code invoices for approval
- Maintain accounting reports
- Generate outbound bills of lading, yard change reports, and load slips
- Support the woodlands team including managing and/or maintaining timber sale notices, sale files, etc.
- Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP
- File employee forms per Human Resources and maintain local/supervisor employee files
- Maintain employee photo directory
- Ensure paper flow is done on a timely basis, coordinated with accounting and Bell Structural Solutions
- Maintain safety training records for employees and distribute safety supplies
- Answer a multi-line phone system, direct calls and take timely, accurate messages
- Greet and sign-in guests and vendors and notify appropriate individuals of their arrival
- Send mail both inter-company and outgoing, open mail daily and sort to appropriate employees
- Troubleshoot office machines as needed and work with vendors or internal support to repair
- Manage Microsoft Word or Excel projects utilizing our company inventory and other systems.
- Run errands or make deliveries as needed
- Maintain and distribute adequate inventory or office supplies and provide overall administrative support as needed
