Lyft is seeking a Production and Allocation Analyst who will support Production Allocation, Management of Client Orders and Sales Order entry for our micro mobility vehicle and accessory commodities coming out of Canada.
This individual will answer client queries on order statuses, enter new orders in the ERP system and maintain up to date Excel spreadsheets around production priorities to meet customer demand. You will be responsible for communicating externally (clients) and internally (Sales/Business Development).
This role will involve deep cross functional collaboration and coordination with our external clients and internal Planning, Sales, Fulfillment and Logistics teams to ensure priorities are aligned and demand is met.
This role employs a hybrid working model (in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and is based in Longueuil, Québec with option to work from our Montreal office once fully onboarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory, Production and Allocation coordination and prioritization via Excel.
  • Systematic entry of sales orders, assembly builds/work orders and purchase orders in ERP system (Genius, Oracle).
  • Communication with customers regarding order statuses.
  • Coordination of RMA requests between external customers and internal stakeholders (logistics, quality, production).
  • Communication with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Manufacturing, Planning and Fulfillment teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with other special projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

  • College diploma / University degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Planning preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in roles with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Planning, Fulfillment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Genius, Oracle) a plus.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Knowledge of material flows in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Great organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a team player and get-it-done attitude.
  • Proficiency of French and English (spoken and written).
