We are seeking a dynamic Production and Event Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This role is crucial for the seamless planning and execution of a wide variety of events at Bristol Beacon, Beacon Music Centre, and partner venues. You will act as the primary contact for both internal and external clients, working closely with the Technical, Front of House, and Facilities teams to ensure all aspects of events are thoroughly planned, communicated, and delivered.
Key responsibilities include coordinating inhouse productions, managing event logistics, and maintaining effective relationships with artists, promoters, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event and production coordination, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
