With full ownership of our farm, we retain control of the entire growing and distribution process and can confidently deliver the freshest, highest standard of mushrooms.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our small team based in Nagambie, Victoria. This role reports to the Nagambie Site Manager. In this position you will produce mushroom compost safely and efficiently ensuring all product complies with the quality standards and HACCP procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Compost yard general hand and mobile plant operator – front end loader, forklift & skid steer as well as specific composting equipment
• Ability to maintain mobile plant logs and production run sheets
• A high level of attention to safe work practices is required, all tasks are to be completed in accordance with site safety procedures and quality assurances policies
• Conduct general cleaning duties
• Working days will be Tuesday to Saturday
