The Position: 1st Shift Production Associate
Quality starts with our Production Associates! They are the backbone to our production team. Production Associates are the first step in the production process. Our products go straight to your hands right out of the press!!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thoroughly inspect each part looking for defects of any kind.
  • Communicate production and quality issues/concerns with associates during communication meetings.
  • Record scrap and data every hour per work instructions
  • Ensure products are placed in the correct boxes for packaging and shipping
  • Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
