Agency Employment Service has an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Associate. These positions will be permanent hires, with a comprehensive benefit package offered at date of hire. We are in partnership with Hammond Power Solution, who is a manufacturer of dry type transformer who engineers and manufactures a wide range of standard and custom transformers that are exported globally in electrical equipment and systems.
The AES team brings great clients and candidates together, drawing on over 50 years of combined HR services and search experience from leading firms, using best practices from across the industry.

The selected candidates will work in these different departments.

• Distribution
• Control and Automation
• Shipping
• Reactor Line

SKILL REQUIREMENTS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Good written/oral communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Bending, reaching, lifting
• Ability to lift or move various sizes and weights of products.
• Monitor all processes and equipment to ensure efficiency and quality
• Comply with safety and quality standards throughout processes
• Prepare materials for production
• Assist with packaging and labeling finished products
• Assist with other tasks as needed
