DESCRIPTION:

CommScope are looking to hire a Productions Associate. This position will cover a 3-shift cycle (12 hour shift) Monday to Friday mixture of days and nights. Production Associates will work as part of the production team in all aspects of the production process. The role of Production Associate at CommScope Bray, requires the individual to take ownership of their own output, scrap, quality, safety, housekeeping, and handovers. However, they will report directly to a Team Leader on shift.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • Manufacturing Experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Good attention to detail and work to the highest quality and safety standards
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Be willing to take responsibility / ownership of processes.
  • Have good communication skills and be able to hand over processes at shift change.
  • Be flexible and willing to work whatever shift pattern is required.
  • Understand the need to work within procedures and systems where necessary.
  • Be open to the process of Continual Improvement in their role.
  • A good level of spoken English
  • Previous experience of working shifts an advantage.
