As a Production Associate at Stenon, you will play a pivotal role in our production processes, engaging in tasks such as assembling various components, soldering, and utilizing an ERP tool for efficient workflow management. In addition to hands-on production responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring quality control compliance, emphasizing meticulous documentation to uphold top-quality standards and documentation requirements

Tasks

  • Execute production tasks, including assembly and soldering, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize ERP tools to manage and optimize production workflows.
  • Maintain, update, and organize quality control documents, encompassing ISO 9001 procedures, manuals, and records.
  • Ensure proper version control and accessibility of documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
  • Prepare regular reports on quality control metrics, highlighting areas of improvement and compliance status.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during ISO 9001, TüV, Work Safety certification audits and assist in addressing audit findings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality records, including non-conformance reports, corrective action reports, and inspection records.

Requirements

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery.
  • Hands-on experience in assembly of complex components and products.
  • Skilled in soldering techniques and processes for electronic components.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.
  • Knowledge of inventory management within a production setting.
  • Experience with quality testing procedures to ensure product reliability.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in mechanical inspection with simple and precise measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
  • Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is a plus.
