Your tasks
lManage and evaluate machine and equipment resources to ensure productivity and minimum downtime, reduce costs and increase productivity on all production lines, ensure all employees follow health and safety standards, set production targets and communicate them to key personnel, provide motivation, support and guidance to all supervisors under their charge, establish workflow policies that improve speed and efficiency without compromising safety or product integrity, create career development plans for employees to ensure their growth and job satisfaction.
Coordinate staff to meet the objectives of Safety, Quality, Customer Complaints, Deliveries, Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime and Efficiency, 5s, as well as the implementation of continuous improvement projects in their processes, under CBS methodology

Your profile

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Experience in production processes, knowledge of automotive quality standards, personnel management, desirable experience in the development of improvement projects, under the Lean six sigma methodology.
• English level: Intermediate.
• Experience leading new projects.
• Management and direction of personnel, with a minimum of 150 operators.
