Production Control Executive (West/ CNC Machining)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of experience in supply chain (purchasing, procurement, or planning) within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Result-oriented, organized, meticulous, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities and high initiative; enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AS400, MRP, ERP systems, or other production control systems is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.Able to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with others.

• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and completed quantities.
• Oversee the production plan and schedule to ensure effective and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure all sections supply parts on time and that purchased parts arrive before production begins.
• Ensure efficient and productive use of materials to meet the monthly production target.
• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information on available resources at all times.
• Cooperate with plant staff to ensure smooth parts flow to meet production requirements.
• Coordinate daily shipments and support the product sales department in achieving the monthly shipment master plan.
• Review all production-related issues daily and obtain the latest updates from all supervisors.
• Conduct weekly production meetings with all sections to ensure machines are produced according to plan.Prepare various monthly reports.
