We are looking for a temporary Production Controller to join our Production Support team, located in the Helsinki Capital Region.
In the position as a Production Controller, you will have an important key role, with a unique opportunity to take part in a fast-growing company focusing on the energy solutions of tomorrow. You will be in charge of monitoring the financial performance of your business area. Your tasks include versatile controller tasks such as reporting results, making budget comparisons and forecasts. Cooperation with stakeholders and informing management about important matters is essential.

Responsibilities:

JOB DUTIES:

  • Closing and controlling procedures during monthly closing.
  • Monthly management reporting on the Country Business operations.
  • Monthly analysis of the differences between budget and actuals.
  • CAPEX follow-up covering stages from decision making to post analysis.
  • Process performance analysis (leading indicators) to support daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term perspective.
  • Annual budget preparation with involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Developing different processes and support actively continual improvement and lean agenda implementation
  • Active participation in the Group wide finance development projects

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:

  • Good analytical and coordination skills
  • Higher education in finance and/or industrial/production economy
  • Fluency in English and professional working proficiency in Finnish
  • Excellent networking, teamwork, and communication skills, also when operating virtually.
  • Experience in budgeting and coordination.
  • A high-level skill to understand causalities between real processes and economy.
  • Good understanding of Lean philosophy

Extent of work:

  • ~12 months to cover maternity leave.
