Description:
Overview:
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with customer service and installation concerns, including scheduling appointments, ordering parts for services, and maintaining records of services.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle all incoming customer service and installation concerns including promptly returning messages via phone and email
- Schedule all appointments and manage calendar for Installation and Service Departments
- Process orders for window, siding, door, and roofing services, as well as local material orders
- Report weekly revenue projections to the ROM/AIM/Division Manager
- Manage Accounts receivable, scheduling collections and performing collections, as needed
- Manage service log, schedule services, and order service parts
- Maintain proper lead paperwork
- Perform quality site checks as needed
- Assist with the maintenance of installation fleet and Champion safety training and circle of safety reports
- Assist and or complete job breakdowns as projects are ordered
- Assist with checking in received orders
- Assist with monthly end inventory count
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years customer service experience
- Experience in the window industry a plus
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Suite and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills
