Description:

Overview:
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with customer service and installation concerns, including scheduling appointments, ordering parts for services, and maintaining records of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle all incoming customer service and installation concerns including promptly returning messages via phone and email
  • Schedule all appointments and manage calendar for Installation and Service Departments
  • Process orders for window, siding, door, and roofing services, as well as local material orders
  • Report weekly revenue projections to the ROM/AIM/Division Manager
  • Manage Accounts receivable, scheduling collections and performing collections, as needed
  • Manage service log, schedule services, and order service parts
  • Maintain proper lead paperwork
  • Perform quality site checks as needed
  • Assist with the maintenance of installation fleet and Champion safety training and circle of safety reports
  • Assist and or complete job breakdowns as projects are ordered
  • Assist with checking in received orders
  • Assist with monthly end inventory count
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Experience in the window industry a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Suite and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including phone skills
