Supervisory Responsibilities:*
As the Production Director, you’ll oversee our production team, including project managers, repair technicians, warehouse staff, inspectors, and production assistants. Your role involves supporting ongoing training initiatives, recruiting subcontractors, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day production operations across residential, commercial, and multi-family departments.
• Ensuring quality control standards are met and adapting strategies to fulfill contract requirements.
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and materials procurement.
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager and General Manager to address financial implications and develop solutions.
• Implementing safety programs and proactively addressing challenges to maintain service excellence.
• Driving efficiency improvements and implementing new initiatives to support team and company goals.
• Motivating team members to achieve their professional development objectives.
• Monitoring revenue, growth, and project success rates to optimize departmental performance.
