This role involves working at the intersection of engineering, technology, and Processes, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of electrical equipment and systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into electrical and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Keep up with of industry trends and regulatory updates to proactively address compliance issues.
• Worked with teams in terms of costs, quotations and customer requirement.
• Re arrange to substitute compatible items due to product phased out or obsolete
• Handled and supported to create the customized product.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to prolong equipment lifespan and enhance reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prepare the technical proposal completing with LUX calculations to meet the project requirement, collaborate with factory address product qualities with minimize price variances.
• Support and analysed the defective issues. Handled post sales technical supports and analyzed the defective issues.
• streamline business processes and improve productivity
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to prolong equipment lifespan and enhance reliability.
• Planned and monitored optimal inventory levels to avoid stock overflow or shortage.
• Supervise and manage upcoming short-term requirements
• Identify planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios.
• Good understanding in technical , electrical and logistics process, systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (e.g., Electronic, computer Technology.)
• At least 10 years of experience in related field.
• Proficient in SAP and MS office
• Strong knowledge of CRM, SAP SAGE software will be added advantage.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems, Auto CAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
