Production Engineer, Packing

at  Bunge

a) Ensure smooth operations of the Blending House, Texturisation Plant and Packing Lines
b) To ensure good housekeeping and safety in place at workplace.
c) To implement BMOS, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and HACCP as per requirements
d) Ensure the packed products are in good and hygienic condition

e) Minimize the wastage of packaging materials

• To ensure goods are delivered to customer in time, in right quantity and in good packaging condition so that to achieve good customer satisfaction.
• To ensure DWOR report is updated daily.
• To improve packing plant OEE
• To ensure compliance with the HACCP and FSSC in hygiene and cleanliness in packing area
• To manage effectively the consumption of steam and electricity.
• To ensure the operation and machinery work in good condition.
• Continually look at innovating the process to ensure the production is run efficiently
• To ensure that all safety precautions are taken and the work place is safe and free from accidents

Other task as assigned by his/her superior.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:-

1) Degree in engineering/ manufacturing is preferred with 2-3 years of relevant experiences
2) Able to work under minimum supervision.
3) Able to communicate in Malay and English
