Description:

  1. Plan, devise and implement production schedule for the spice processing and packing operation.
  2. Plan, Devise and implement maintenance program for packing equipment,
  3. Grade and Blend spices based on spice characteristics.
    4.Set up spice packing machine for the specific operation.
  4. Monitor spice quality during spice packing.
  5. Monitor the ground spices for fineness, aroma and essential oil volatility using sensory perceptions.
  6. Clean and maintain spices packing equipment.
  7. Work shift operations.
  8. Tabulate production hours, machine time, product utilized and product output.
  9. Supervise routine maintenance of production systems.
  10. Supervise trouble shooting of production systems.
  11. Supervise the inventory of production material
