Description:
JOB OPPORTUNITY:
The Lead Hand will be responsible for the overall production. The Lead Hand must mainly ensure the correct operation of the production equipment and processes inside the plant. The position requires the work to be performed from a standing position and frequent mobility. The tasks required to be performed will constantly vary within a work period.
WHAT ARE THE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Supporting teams as directed by the supervisors (ex. Fill in gaps, training, quality audits)
- Lead shift when required.
- Perform safety and quality audits.
- Maintain work areas by keeping them clean and organized.
- Other duties related to the job.
