Description:
WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION LEADER TO STRENGTHEN OUR WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT IN JYVÄSKYLÄ FINLAND
In this position as a Production Leader, your responsibilities include daily internal production planning and process improvement. You will closely collaborate with our purchasing team and other internal stakeholders to develop internal production schedules and plans that meet demands while optimizing resources.
In addition to overseeing the broader production operations, as a Production Leader, you will also serve as the primary team leader for our machining and fabrication team of 8 members. This role involves providing direct leadership and support to team members.
In your day-to-day activities, you will utilize our ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as our PLM software, Siemens Teamcenter.

To succeed in this position, you need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of production principles tailored to in-house operations. Additionally, we wish you to have general understanding of machining and fabrication work and we appreciate motivated attitude as well as ability to solve problems initiatively.
