REQUIREMENTS

• Honours Bachelors degree.
• Production and or Operational Excellence experience essential.
• People management experience.
• Currently working at Senior level or above.
• Demonstration of Exemplary cross functional/ cross site collaboration skills.
• Strategic perspective.
• Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
• Demonstrate potential to operate at a Manager level.

PURPOSE

The Manufacturing support manager will provide leadership within the Manufacturing Management team ensuring the sites People, Safety, Quality, Service and Cost goals are achieved. This is a rotational opportunity for a defined term of 18-month basis. This role may include People Management Responsibilities. The role sits on the production function staff and reports to the Production Director. This role provides an opportunity to influence at a functional and site level whilst giving exposure to Management responsibilities and expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement a structure and governance model that supports delivery of VIP targets year over year.
• Embed VIP culture in the Manufacturing Org so that all roles are focused on developing a VIP mindset.
• Develop a governance model and SOP for Strat, AOP & F1 adjustments process and facilitates sessions for Manufacturing team.
• Take on specific responsibilities within the Production function (in or supporting Production Units) to deliver against KPI’s and strategic commitments for the Clonmel site.
• Support and deputise across PUT’s.
• Partners with other functions to optimise department performance.
• Significant project management or coordination may be required.
• Cost centre owner for central production.
• Benchmarking best practices across the region and the GSC network.
