At our facility in Mississauga, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Manager:

Communicate and lead initiatives targeting production capacity, cost standardization, quality, engagement, and health and safety.

As well as your experiences:

Educational and Experiential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial technology, operations management, or related field, with relevant experience considered.
- Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of progressive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in the paper industry.
- Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, with certification (Black Belt or Greenbelt) as a potential asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP, CTI, and Microsoft Office suite, showcasing technological competence.
- Skills and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational rigor, and experience in an influential role.
