Description:
• • Ensure optimal machine utilization
• • Fault finding and troubleshooting of process
• • Authority on production matters to ensure the smooth functioning of the production department
• • Oversee production operations and meeting of customer orders
• • Identify and record problems relating to product, process and quality system, update drawing when necessary
• • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity relating to product, process, and quality system
• • Verify the implementation of solution
• • Control production and ensure that delivery datelines are met
• • Motivate and develop a cohesive and productive team
• • Responsible for machine maintenance
• • Work closely with Production planner on the schedulin
