Description:

Looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager! As part of this role, youll play a crucial part in ensuring our production stays on track, managing relationships with suppliers, and optimizing our logistics for timely delivery. Based at our Charlottesville, VA headquarters, youll be at the heart of our growth in the activewear market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate our production schedule to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure product quality and cost requirements are met.
  • Oversee our production team to ensure all material orders are placed and logistics are optimized.
  • Serve as a liaison with factories, negotiating costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to onboard new factories and diversify our vendor portfolio.
  • Monitor global events and react strategically to forecast challenges in sourcing and costing.
  • Manage relationships with our 3PL and optimize distribution and logistics networks.
  • Provide weekly reporting on production status and insights to cross-functional partners.
  • Lead and grow a team, providing clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work on other relevant projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in fashion apparel production and/or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of incoterms and logistics, with domestic and import production experience.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, quality control, and contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency in retail math, Excel, and PLM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
