Description:

Renatus Exteriors is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Production Manager to join our growing team. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of exteriors projects: ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely completion.

Production Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resource requirements, and project goals.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand project specifications and client expectations.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing professionals, including supervisors, installers, and support staff.
  • Ensure proper training and certification of team members.
  • Quality Control:
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in roofing installations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Material and Resource Management:
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Budget Management:
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Provide regular reports on project financials to the leadership team.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Foster open communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

Production Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in roofing project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to creating a safe working environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

*This position also has additional compensation available in the form of profit share bonuses to be discussed further at the time of hire! This is in ADDITION to the salary listed
