Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with more than 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing and/or materials management, including at least two year in Industrial Engineer.
- Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
- SAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning and control and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians and assembly operators to achieve Productivity, Cost, quality and Delivery Performance;
- Plan and deploy resources to meet KPI targets and company objectives;
- Initiate continuous improvement to eliminate waste;
- Ensure minimal production downtime and process bottlenecks;
- Cycle time and time study activities for all production lines;
- Report in weekly operations reviews;
- Ensure safety standards are adhered to;
- Collaboration with other departments and headquarters to drive for excellence.
