JOB DESCRIPTION

Antal International, on behalf of their client, is looking for a:

• Plan the production activity in the manufacturing modules according to the established production plan;
• Ensures the technical, material and organizational conditions necessary for an optimal workflow;
• Organizes and coordinates the introduction of new products into manufacturing;
• Coordinates and ensures the rhythmic and continuous development of the production process;
• Collaborates with the quality management representative to submit to the quality management program for production;
• Coach and develop the internal organization, in order to increase the competence level, skills and know-how of each individual;
• Keep their knowledge up-to-date in function of the evolutions within the field in order to strengthen their credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.
