As Production Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth production process from start to finish. You are responsible for leading the production team and overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing activities and processes all while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the production team to meet established production KPI’s, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Plan & schedule production plans and deadlines utilizing Lean manufacturing processes
- Manage production budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain overall financial efficiency
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, health & safety standards & company policy
- Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with cross divisional teams, and minimize deficiencie
