ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on a look out for a meticulous and well-organised Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of Viddsee Studios productions. The Production Manager will work closely with supervising producers within the Creative Production team to support critical backend operations, resource planning, finance and administration as well as managing the day-to-day running of ongoing projects to ensure a smooth production as well as timely delivery of assets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Povide finance, administrative and logistic support for the Creative Production team
• Planning and tracking of budgets as well as payment and other contract matters
• Responsible for the overall tracking and scheduling of project timelines and manpower planning
• Support producers with sourcing and hiring of required production services and crew
• Oversee video equipment purchase and maintenance
• Liasing with vendors, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Ensure timely and smooth delivery of projects
