JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with cabinet and closet experience to join our team at Closet Factory in . This is a full-time,Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a salaried management position in the franchise industry. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and installation for our cabinet and closet projects. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills and a high-level of organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in cabinet and closet production and installation required
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with inventory management and ordering materials
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer programs and systems for production and project management
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Ability to work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all production and installation processes for cabinet and closet projects
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and skilled laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Maintain inventory levels and ordering materials as needed
- Maintain a strict and disciplined approach to budgeting and cost objectives
- Effectively manage payroll
- Effectively develop and grow individuals in the installation and production division through the standardization of best practices, cross training, and the continuous development of teammates.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure accurate job specifications and timely project completion
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any issues
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to implement into company practices
- Be responsible for identifying new needs and resources for business growth and efficiency
