Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Cullompton, Devon, UK
Contract: Full time, Permanent.
Shift pattern: 5 days on, 5 days off, 4 days on, 4 days off (Repeat)

Have you got experience working in a Production environment operating automated plant machinery? Are you looking for a role with autonomy, great training and where you will be welcomed as part of a small and friendly team? If so, we could have the ideal role for you.
As an Operative at our Cullompton site you will work as part of a team carrying out tasks that support the efficient and safe production of high-quality animal feed that is supplied to Farmers throughout Great Britain.
Your work will involve following standard processes to maximise production volumes, adhering to feed safety legislation, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will also support the wider Mill operation by helping with stock checks and liaising with the site maintenance team to ensure the Mill and equipment is effectively maintained.
The person who joins our team as an Operative will ideally have worked in a Production environment before, will be familiar with following standard ways of working and will have experience of operating automated plant machinery.
We can train you in the skills required to be an Operative, what is important to us is that you are self-motivated, a collaborator, have great customer service skills, take pride in what you do and are a great communicator.
