Production Operative - Multiple Roles

We are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic and passionate Production Operatives to join our print team in Cramlington across various areas of Production.

Operatives may work in our Pressroom, Finishing, or Dispatch Departments, and may work across a varying shift pattern. Please specify your preferred shift from the following list in your application:

• Rotational - morning, afternoon, nights
• Backshift - 1pm to 9pm
• Early - 6am to 2pm
• Nights - 10pm to 6am

Duties include the following yet others may be assigned to the needs of the business:

• To manage job submission and workload in the correct order and ensure output is completed on time
• Ensure output is of the highest quality
• Maintain timely and regular communications with line manager regarding machine condition, quality and workload
• Ensure machines are correctly prepared, maintained and clean at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• To carry out any other reasonable request from a supervisor/manager
• Comply with all company and HSE Health and Safety guidelines
• Comply with and support the company’s ISO 9001 QMS as directed

Salary is £23k + depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work and communicate as part of a team
• Able to work shift patterns
• Able to demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritize
• Able to effectively multi-task
• Able to lift up to 25kg
