We are seeking Production Operatives to join our client, a leading injection moulding company. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of injection moulding machinery to produce high-quality products. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic components according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to maintain quality and efficiency
- Conduct visual inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed to minimize downtime
- Assist with mould changes, material handling, and other production tasks
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
