JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Production Director, the incumbent is responsible for performing, monitoring, and controlling the packaging of various types of silicone products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A DEP in production equipment operation or a High School Diploma (DES)
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to take on physical work; comfortable lifting loads of 20kg
- Knowledge of WHMIS;
- Forklift card (an asset)

Responsibilities:
- Operate automated production equipment while following established procedures;
- Perform the required line adjustments (setup);
- Package different product formats;
- Complete computerized production reports;
- Carry out controls on products to ensure their conformity to the company’s standards;
- Maintain the equipment and the environment related to production;
- All other related tasks.
