JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Production Director, the incumbent is responsible for performing, monitoring, and controlling the packaging of various types of silicone products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A DEP in production equipment operation or a High School Diploma (DES)
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Mechanical skills
  • Ability to take on physical work; comfortable lifting loads of 20kg
  • Knowledge of WHMIS;
  • Forklift card (an asset)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate automated production equipment while following established procedures;
  • Perform the required line adjustments (setup);
  • Package different product formats;
  • Complete computerized production reports;
  • Carry out controls on products to ensure their conformity to the company’s standards;
  • Maintain the equipment and the environment related to production;
  • All other related tasks.
