Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Cooperating with planner buyer and Production/PDS dept., the planner buyer internship key activities are (but are not limited to):

  • Analyze daily material needs.
  • Analyze consumption and maintain the purchasing planning file.
  • Check supplies and material expiration dates.
  • Request offers from suppliers and create the purchase request in SAP and the ARIBA system according with the supplier’s delivery times
  • Prepare the procurement procedure align with the order confirmation.
  • Research dual sourcing to reduce costs improving products quality.
  • Control department budget
