Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the production of various orders with other planners to ensure that they are delivered on time;
- Coordinate the planning of customer orders and production requirements according to customer forecasts/contracts, and update the order delivery schedule;
- Collaborate with the planning team to optimize production of components for the various product lines in order to ship complete orders;
- Keep customer order delivery dates up to date and communicate them to key stakeholders;
- Responsible for confirming customer orders with the planning team and the sales team;
- Responsible for managing internal communications through the planning team (e-mail, urgent requests, chat teams, etc.);
- Be the single point of contact for inquiries, customer questions related to deliveries, schedules, production status, etc;
- Analyze and resolve problems related to orders with the teams involved, such as accounting, sales and shipping;
- Follow up on late deliveries and communicate this information back to the internal/external customer;
- Creation of shipping orders;
- Maintain and communicate delivery deadlines to all key stakeholders;
- All other related tasks.
