Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.
Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We’d love to have you on board! Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Production Planner to join our Production Support Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of various orders with other planners to ensure that they are delivered on time;
  • Coordinate the planning of customer orders and production requirements according to customer forecasts/contracts, and update the order delivery schedule;
  • Collaborate with the planning team to optimize production of components for the various product lines in order to ship complete orders;
  • Keep customer order delivery dates up to date and communicate them to key stakeholders;
  • Responsible for confirming customer orders with the planning team and the sales team;
  • Responsible for managing internal communications through the planning team (e-mail, urgent requests, chat teams, etc.);
  • Be the single point of contact for inquiries, customer questions related to deliveries, schedules, production status, etc;
  • Analyze and resolve problems related to orders with the teams involved, such as accounting, sales and shipping;
  • Follow up on late deliveries and communicate this information back to the internal/external customer;
  • Creation of shipping orders;
  • Maintain and communicate delivery deadlines to all key stakeholders;
  • All other related tasks.
