Maternity Cover (10 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Main responsibilities:
- Compile Weekly & Monthly Production Plans
- Manage Work Order cycle from MRP generation to closure
- Monitor materials required for Production Plan and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.
- Track Production Plan and update as required.
- Working across the Operations landscape with Planners,Buyers,Production Leaders and Key Account Managers on a daily basis to ensure Customer Ontime in Full Delivery
- Troubleshooting Planning / Production issues
- Schedule Production Work Orders from start to finish
- Preparing KPI / Metrics / Status Reports
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment with changing priorities.
- Generate Capacity Plans and ensure Routings are accurate
- Use JDE ERP system as main tool for managing Work Orders
Experience : (Essential Criteria)
- 5 years proven experience in Supply Chain Role OR/AND 3-5 years proven experience as Production Planner
- Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel ability.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well capable of working proactively on own initiative
- Meticulous and diligent
- Good Knowledge of ERP
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Supply Chain
Desired Criteria:
- Proficiency in Capacity Planning
- Proven experience in Pharma background
- Relevant certification is advantageous (APICS)
