Maternity Cover (10 Months Fixed Term Contract)

Main responsibilities:

  • Compile Weekly & Monthly Production Plans
  • Manage Work Order cycle from MRP generation to closure
  • Monitor materials required for Production Plan and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage.
  • Track Production Plan and update as required.
  • Working across the Operations landscape with Planners,Buyers,Production Leaders and Key Account Managers on a daily basis to ensure Customer Ontime in Full Delivery
  • Troubleshooting Planning / Production issues
  • Schedule Production Work Orders from start to finish
  • Preparing KPI / Metrics / Status Reports
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment with changing priorities.
  • Generate Capacity Plans and ensure Routings are accurate
  • Use JDE ERP system as main tool for managing Work Orders

Experience : (Essential Criteria)

  • 5 years proven experience in Supply Chain Role OR/AND 3-5 years proven experience as Production Planner
  • Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel ability.
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well capable of working proactively on own initiative
  • Meticulous and diligent
  • Good Knowledge of ERP
  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Supply Chain

Desired Criteria:

  • Proficiency in Capacity Planning
  • Proven experience in Pharma background
  • Relevant certification is advantageous (APICS)
