EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College/Technical School diploma in Materials Management or related business field.
  • BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar business field preferred.Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM/APICS) CPIM/CSCP or similar certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of previous manufacturing planning experience using SAP or equivalent “Business Planning Tools”.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Strong negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, business perspective and client service orientation. Detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to balance and manage changing priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Works autonomously under general direction to meet project and team objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to recommend improvements relating to processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures an asset. Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Powerpoint and Advanced Excel).
  • Proficiency with the English language.
