At our facility in Vaughan, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Scheduler:
- Implement the plant’s production plan to maximize available resources, optimize inventories, and meet customer demand.
- Plan material requirements and purchase requisitions to ensure a steady supply of production materials.
- Communicate changes to the production schedule to the production planner and logistics department and find alternative solutions for production variances.
- Maintain and update the production scheduling plan, ensuring effective execution based on BOMs.
- Identify and validate supply/requisition requirements and manage short-term alerts related to production scheduling.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or equivalent field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent resource management and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and a customer-centric approach to meet the various stakeholders’ needs.
