Description:

JOIN OUR TEAM AT ODENSE FACTORY!

Unilever is seeking a Production/SHE Lead for our factory in Odense, where we produce detergents under our strong Home Care brands such as Neutral, Biotex, and OMO. Our goal is to offer the best products in detergents to our consumers and be the best supplier to our customers. Our strong brands stand for quality, service, and innovation.
In the position as Production/SHE Lead, you will report directly to the Factory Manager and have responsibility for approximately 27 employees, which covers the mixing process (liquid and powder detergent), as well as the filling lines. The role is dual, encompassing SHE responsibilities as well. Unilever prioritizes employee safety above all else, making the SHE role a crucial aspect of the job. Day-to-day resource planning, including substitutes, will be handled by a shift leader, which allows you to focus on leadership and production optimization. You will closely collaborate with our Manex Lead and Maintenance Manager to optimize and improve performance on our production lines.

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a higher education that supports the role as Production/SHE Lead, along with leadership experience. Technical insight/understanding is preferred.
  • Moreover, you have experience working towards obtaining defined goals. You will be measured on KPIs covering areas such as safety, quality, service, costs, OEE, environment (sustainability), and employee well-being. For the right candidate, there will be excellent opportunities for personal development within one of the world’s largest supply chains.

SKILLS

  • A mindset for safety and quality, as it is a fundamental requirement in our organization.
  • Have good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and SAP, and can organize tasks efficiently.
  • Have knowledge of Lean/WCM, as practiced within Unilever.
  • You have a resilient personality - and you possess great skills as a leader whom employees are eager to follow.
  • Can operate in an international company, and you speak both English and Danish fluently.
  • Lastly, you have a positive attitude and use humour as part of a good workday.
Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life! This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants and continuing development of all employees regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity.
