We are looking for a Production Supervisor at ABB Oy, System Drives Division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising production team that manufactures order based engineered products and continuous improvement of production processes.
This position reports to Production Line Manager.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Supervising production line’s assembly team as well as continuous improvement and safety related tasks.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of quality products by efficient resource management and elimination of process disturbances
  • Leading the daily work of highly skilled assembly team and following up production KPI’s (safety, quality, OTD, productivity)
  • Making sure that we reach set development targets with a positive attitude

Qualifications for the role:

  • B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, industrial management or in a related field
  • A few years of relevant working experience. Previous supervisor experience is considered as an advantage
  • Good skills and understanding of production and logistics processes
  • Good organizing and communication skills
  • The ability to motivate your team through a positive attitude
  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
  • A development-oriented mindset and a hands-on working attitude
  • Ideally, you understand Lean principles and basic quality management methods
