Production Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in production or related supervisory role
• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills required
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP principles
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Commitment to professional and ethical standards, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

• Provide guidance to line leaders and production workforce regarding performance management, employee relations, and training
• Ensure production goals are met by establishing clear quality methods
• Support the Production Manager in maintaining budgetary goals and performance metrics
• Complete necessary documentation and communicate variances, quality issues, and concerns to relevant departments
• Monitor workplace environment for compliance with safety and hygiene policies
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and product specifications are met
