Responsibilities:
- Directing human and physical resources across three shift rotations
- Ensuring production processes meet efficiencies, department requirements, and throughput
- Guaranteeing quality products through SPC/OPC problem solving and corrective action processes
- Meeting customer delivery requirements, managing inventory levels, and adhering to budget guidelines
- Providing job training and coaching, while ensuring compliance with the Collective Agreement
- Administering company policies and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Conducting monthly Health and Safety talks and participating in the recruitment process
- Recommending strategies to improve productivity and reduce cost
